Elise Fett & Associates, Ltd has been recognized by both the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) and Tahoe Quarterly Magazine. We are an award winning architectural/engineering firm that is licensed in California and Nevada. We are also licensed architects in Hawaii. In addition to architectural services, we provide TRPA consulting, interior design and construction management services. We integrate aesthetics, structural integrity, site characteristics and sustainable housing methods for a beautiful and efficient masterpiece.
Specializing in Lake Tahoe, we have designed homes in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods, but are also able to provide cost-effective designs for anyone looking to remodel or build a new home. With almost 20 years of experience, our focus is on our clients and providing them with a unique home that meets their personality and lifestyle. When it comes to design, we recognize that no two people will agree on every aspect, so we prefer to work across the table with our clients during the design phase and will at times play the role of mediator when those disagreements arise.
