This was the old Charter Building in Incline Village which had two commercial spaces on the first floor and two apartments on the second floor. The owners transformed the left commercial suite into a garage and entry for the expanded apartment that was to be their retirement home. The other apartment was also remodeled and our office did the tenant improvement for the engel & volkers real estate office that went into the remaining commercial space. the project was a labor of love for the owners who tragically passed away in a plane crash shortly after they moved in, but their legacy lives on in this beautiful revitalization project and we are honored to share it with you.
